We are offering this sign in new sizes, so please review the pull-down menu of the listing! The size is in inches, and it is the overall size of the size, frame included. It is mounted on blue painted 3/8 inch plywood with 1/4 inch laser cut plywood letters. This sign is unframed.

The lettering is not painted on, they are plywood letters that stand off of the board, approx. 1/8”. Please see photos.
